Social Networking

There are both good and bad things about social networking. The good things about social networking like facebook or twitter is getting to know more people and having a new way to share information over the internet. The bad things about the social network is that you don't always know who your twittering to, or who sees your information on facebook. Not everyone is who they say they are and sometimes it can be dangerous. Like the online preditors who pretend to be other people their not. I don't have a facebook or a twitter so I don't have experience with social networking, but I do have family that use facebook to share photos and they say its useful but its still dangerous for a minor like me. I think the social network is good and bad depending on how people use it.

PEANUT BUTTER GOOD OR BAD????

If you think about it most people eat a lot of peanut butter but is it really that good for you? Just think about it all that oil that is in it of trans fats. The total fat for a 1.13kg bottle of Skippy peanut butter is 25% fat. The ingredients are: Roasted peanuts, SUGAR, Hydrogenated vegetable OIL(cottonseed, soybean, and rapeseed)and last but not least SALT. Snack girl agrees that peanut butter is not to healthy and that they don't have to put all that sugar and salt and crap in there. So englishanswerman lay off the peanut butter!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast the Most Powerful Meal of the Day

I love breakfast ... on the weekends, but it is truly the most important meal of the day. If you don't eat breakfast you can't think straight which means you can't focus on much because you are way too hungry and that's not good!

In all fairness we should all get up early enough to get ready and eat break fast. Then we can all think straight and we can focus on more important things such as school work and grades and even being empathetic for once.

Yes that's right not eating break fast really affects all of those things. In fact when your teachers tell you to eat breakfast before a huge test its really the only thing that can help you at that point. So please people eat your breakfast!

Healthy Eating (breakfast)

I am not an early morning eater but it's is almost an option. These days are leaving less and less time for breakfast. I can agree with you Englishanswerman on somethings. One, thing is that yeah people can enjoy one good Ye olde American breakfast. Two, is that it is healthy for your body and if you miss it you end up really hungry later. Three, last but not least that you said breakfast is supposed to help you do better in the educational system.

But these things don't give you a victory for your idea of breakfast. First things first yeah people enjoy a good breakfast but people don't have the time to make breakfast or even the patience to eat or make it. Second, even if you it is good for you body someone can just throws spaghetti on a plate and call that breakfast you call that healthy. Then if you don't eat breakfast suppose-ably you'll be hungry later if that happens you say "You skip breakfast, and by lunch or dinner you're starving, so you binge on chips, crackers, soda, and whatever other garbage you can get your hands on." seems like your pointing at all people like no one has self control and can't pick what you want. Last but not least people can't do really a lot better by having a breakfast it is not like a bowl of breakfast can make you Sir Isaac Newton or Einstein. Also', when you home schooled your mom may instead of actually teach you she will just pass you what ever you want to eat and let you sit your butt on the game and be a fat lards (sorry people But it is the truth).

All i'm saying is what you eat can change somethings. But just leave people to their diets and if there is an opinion there is always another opinion to balance things to a neutrality.

A Crappy Day :(

Today has been a pretty bad day. Not only did school take forever, I had to walk home in the freezing cold, I lost my iPod, AND I took my phone out of my backpack and the screen was cracked!! I'm not talking about a little scratch, this is cracked, if you push on the screen it starts to cave in. As if it wasn't hard enough to read text messages because of all the permanent dust(permanent dust in dust that is inside the screen of the phone) now I have a giant crack in the way!

Why is it that everything is being made with cheap products that break so easily and cost so much? This is so irritating! Now I know why my parents get so frustrated when things break.

Motivation

What is motivation? Motivation is the will or reason to do something. Without motivation there really is no point in doing anything. When you have motivation, you have a perpose to fulfill. Why is motivation important? Motivation is important because everyone needs a reason to accomplish what they're doing. For example, John, a character from the novel The Pigman, wants to visit Mr. Pignati to collect money from him. The money is John's motivation in this situation. Because he wanted the money, John visited Mr. Pignati. Everyone has motivation whether it be money, like John, or a desire to help someone, like Lorraine, another character from The Pigman novel. My own motivation for going to school is to learn so that I can have a good job in the the future. Motivation is something that everyone has in this world. photo by: kingston 99
