Be Healthy or Go Sumo Style.

It's never too late to start making healthy choices and living a healthy life full of awesomeness.  Take healthy life tips a step at a time, go at your own pace. Give yourself some time to adjust. By making gradual changes you're more likely to maintain them.

Like they say Rome wasn't built in a day, and your success won't be either, so be patient, improving your health will be a journey not an overnight assignment, but you'll get there.
 Once you understand how these healthy choices can improve your health, hopefully you'll be inspired to make them a lifestyle change.

Step 1-Drink a lot of water but not more than you NEED, (not want).

Step 2-Sleep a sufficient amount to gain energy and growth. A lack of sleep can cause physical, emotional and hormonal damage, obesity, high blood pressure, mood and behavior changes?

Step 3-Exercise, you can go slow or do whatever you need to do, just work on one part or region of your body then move to the next later on.

Step 4- Control your stress by organizing your schedule and not delaying.
And of course eat breakfast just like EnglishAnswerMan said, and if you don't eat breakfast you might end up like a sumo wrestle. (Just saying).
