Breakfast the Most Powerful Meal of the Day

I love breakfast ... on the weekends, but it is truly the most important meal of the day. If you don't eat breakfast you can't think straight which means you can't focus on much because you are way too hungry and that's not good!

In all fairness we should all get up early enough to get ready and eat break fast. Then we can all think straight and we can focus on more important things such as school work and grades and even being empathetic for once.

Yes that's right not eating break fast really affects all of those things. In fact when your teachers tell you to eat breakfast before a huge test its really the only thing that can help you at that point. So please people eat your breakfast!
