Almost everyone I know uses Facebook more than anything. Myspace is so old and twitter is blah. Facebook is good to keep in touch with friends that maybe you dont see anymore or they go to a different school. Also keep in touch with family that lives far away. My friend goes on Facebook 24/7.
And on Facebook you can play games, go to pages and "like" them, post status, comment on status, post pictures, videos, put your relationship and music likes, and a lot more. The only thing that confuses me is why its called Facebook. It's not a book with your face on it, it has nothing to do with books, the only thing concerning your face is your profile pictures and other pictures.
So anyway, Facebook is awesome and that's the end of that.
